Diversity Committee

Mission

The Oak Ridge 黄瓜视频’ Diversity Committee  seeks to strengthen ties across all boundaries to achieve maximum inclusion and productivity in the district. Our mission is to advise and report to the Superintendent regarding:
	Developing and maintaining a supportive atmosphere of diversity amongst all members of the workforce
	Providing advice on diversity awareness, career development programs, and district policies to create opportunities for all members of the workforce
	Reporting regarding diversity within the work environment to foster inclusion and support
The Committee  is  a representative group of peers from various 黄瓜视频  and departments to act in an advisory capacity  should members of the workforce bring forth issues within the district.
