using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/support.ortn.edu\/\">https:\/\/support.ortn.edu <\/a>or if you don\u2019t have a working device\u00a0(or cannot login), call 865-425-9039 and follow prompts<\/li>\n<li>Technician will schedule a support time\u00a0for call back<\/li>\n<li>Technician will fix the device starting with voice commands<\/li>\n<li>If needed, technician will start a Zoom session to gain remote access<\/li>\n<li>If all remote support fails, technician will schedule\u00a0student\u00a0for\u00a0drop-off\u00a0of laptop and pickup of spare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Drop-Off (All at Oak Ridge High School \u2013 TD Portable 3):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must\u00a0have a work order\u00a0so that we can prep a spare machine<\/li>\n<li>TD Tech will open a Work Order and collect\n<ul>\n<li>Username\u00a0(and password)<\/li>\n<li>Contact phone number<\/li>\n<li>Brief description of issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drop off will be at TD portable 3.<\/li>\n<li>Drop-off times will be from 9:30am-10:30am on Mondays and Thursdays, and 3:30-4:40, TBD\n<ul>\n<li>Students can pick-up a loaner device at this time (see pick-up section below).<\/li>\n<li>No drop-offs outside of this time. *Unless a special circumstance requires an alternate drop off time scheduled with technology employee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Drive-thru lane setup\u00a0for users to pull up and drop off\u00a0device\u00a0as quick as possible.\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain Social Distance of 6ft.<\/li>\n<li>If you are sick,\u00a0inform us immediately.<\/li>\n<li>We will verify appointment info (only those scheduled).<\/li>\n<li>User will keep their laptop case, adapter, line cord, stylus, or other accessories\u00a0that are not\u00a0needed for the repair.<\/li>\n<li>Users will\u00a0remain at curb.\u00a0 They\u00a0will\u00a0NOT come to the doors\u00a0or ramp at portables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>User may leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Pick-up:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After dropping off laptop, user pulls forward to pick-up table.<\/li>\n<li>Tech at Drop-off table will alert pick-up table.<\/li>\n<li>User to verify login, apps, and OneDrive setup.<\/li>\n<li>User may leave.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Cleaning and Repair (TD Staff):<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wipe down laptop<\/li>\n<li>Bag laptop\n<ul>\n<li>Write date on bag<\/li>\n<li>Attach contact info to bag<\/li>\n<li>Place laptop on cart for delivery to quarantine area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Device will remain in quarantine for 5 days<\/li>\n<li>After day 5 those devices will be brought to the Image room.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning and repair
