ORHS Masquers presents Tuck Everlasting THIS FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY at Oak Ridge High School Performing Arts Center. Looking for some extra help preparing for the ACT on March 10th<\/sup>? Mr. Stebbins will be conducting a second workshop at the Scarboro Community Center on Saturday, March 7 from 10-1. This section will provide an overview of basic strategies and then focus on the Reading and Science subtests. The link to sign-up will be in the next issue of the iNews, or you can see Mr. Stebbins in CS339 for more information.<\/p>\n

Anyone looking to get extra help preparing for the April 11 ACT can sign\u00a0up\u00a0for the ACT\u00a0Boot Camp, which will be held the first four<\/u><\/strong> days of Spring Break, March 16-19. Sessions will be from 8-11 a.m. in the amphitheater. Each day will focus on a different section of the test. This opportunity is free, but transportation will not<\/u>\u00a0be provided and lunch will not be served. Sign up links are in the class Canvas pages, the iNews, and have been sent through ParentSquare. Please sign\u00a0up\u00a0by Friday, Sept. 19. The application\u00a0window\u00a0for students who wish to join the National Honor\u00a0Society is now open through Friday, March 13th<\/sup>. To be eligible, you must be a JUNIOR with a 3.8 weighted GPA. Please go to the Canvas Class of 2027 page to apply. If you have any questions, please see Dr. Thomas or Mr. Feuer.<\/p>\n

This Friday, seven ORHS students will have artwork on display in the Astrid Galindo Student Art Exhibit Reception.\u00a0The art show will take place in Downtown Knoxville at the Emporium Gallery (100 South Gay Street, Suite 112, Knoxville, TN 37902). The artwork will be on display until March 30th.<\/p>\n
