Attention all NHS Juniors who signed up to usher Convocation! There will be a mandatory meeting on Tuesday, May 13th<\/sup> at 3:15 in the Auditorium to assign roles and practice before the Senior Breakfast the next morning. You will receive more information in your homeroom later this week. Please see Ms. Madame Barry if you are unable to attend. Thank \u00a0you!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Students: Yearbook Distribution day will be this Friday, May 9 during first block.\u00a0 We will be on an extended first block morning assembly schedule to accommodate for this.\u00a0 You will be called down to the B-gym by grade, starting with upperclassmen first, to pickup an already purchased book or to purchase a book.\u00a0 We will have a very limited quantity of books to sell on this day.\u00a0 Purchases will be first come, first serve, and will be $85.00, cash only.\u00a0 For students who have already purchased a book online or at the school: you must be present to pick up your book.\u00a0 Previously purchased books can NOT be picked up by friends or siblings.\u00a0 Please have your badge so the yearbook staff can properly ID you.\u00a0 For any questions about this please see Mrs. Pryfogle in room CS312.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Cultured Pearls of the Secret City Foundation (CPSC) announces the biennial Debutante Presentation and Ball for school year 2025\u20132026 11th and 12th grade young ladies. CPSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2018 with the mission of promoting education. Some of the focus areas of the Debutante Ball are promoting social grace, health awareness, self-awareness, and civic responsibility. CPSC is the affiliate foundation of the Oak Ridge Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. The CPSC Debutante Presentation and Ball will be held during the Spring of 2026. Do you want to help plan prom? Applications for the prom board are now open to freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors! Come by Mrs. Royster’s room anytime to pick up an application. Let’s start planning next year’s unforgettable prom together!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The ORHS Theatre Class presents Class Acts on Saturday, May 10th at 7pm. Tickets are $5 cash at the door. Students will be performing three student-directed one-act shows.
