STUDENT INFO <\/u><\/p>\n

It\u2019s that time of year\u2026Prom Season!! Prom will take place in the Wildcat Arena on Saturday, April 26th<\/sup>, from 7:30-11:00 pm. Today is the last day to purchase prom tickets. Tickets will be sold during lunch for $50 per ticket.\u00a0 You must pay with CASH or CHECK – NO CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Tickets are non-refundable.\u00a0 The prom board will be selling tickets in the concession stand outside of the Wildcat Arena during third block to JUNIOR AND SENIOR STUDENTS ONLY. No freshman or sophomore students will be allowed to purchase a ticket.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Any AP Language student interested in receiving review information via email can email Ms. Jordan at jsjordan@ortn.edu<\/a>. Ms. Jordan will email you links to College Board tutorials and videos. The next in-person review session will be Wednesday, May 7th<\/sup> at 2:00PM in CS331.<\/p>\n

Student Council Officer and Class Officer Elections are this Friday, April 25th. An election link will be sent via Student Square, Skyward, and the form will also be available on the Wildcat Canvas Hangout Page. Students elect their grade level leaders, and all students vote on the Student Council executives. Polls are open 8am-2pm. Make your voice heard and vote!<\/p>\n

SENIORS<\/u><\/p>\n

Hey Seniors….Wanna see your pictures in the slideshow at the senior breakfast. If so, you’ve got to submit them. Go to tinyurl.com\/seniorslideshow2025 to submit your photos or scan the QR code from the posters around the building. The deadline for submission is May 7.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Student Council is offering a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior who has positively impacted Oak Ridge High School. Applications are available on the Wildcat Canvas Hangout page, and they are due on Friday May 2nd. You do not have to currently be in Student Council in order to qualify. The winner will be announced at the first ever Sideline Social at Blankenship on Friday May 9th.<\/p>\n

Congratulations to our first Graduation Celebration Prize Winner! Many more prizes – including multiple $100 cash prizes – will still be available to win at the end of your party at The Main Event! Come for fun – friends – food – and the chance to win free gifts!<\/p>\n

All students MUST register online! Will you be under 18 when you graduate? If yes, you must register online AND turn in a form! Many copies have been distributed; find one to hand your parents to sign and then turn in to Student Services! They also have extra forms if you’ve misplaced all of yours!<\/p>\n

The end-of-the-year Interact picnic is taking place on Monday, April 28 at Melton Hill.\u00a0 \u00a0Please make sure to RSPV in student square<\/p>\n

FBLA will meet after school today in CS347 for our end-of-year celebration.<\/p>\n

FCA will meet Friday morning, April 25th, at 7:10 AM at Providence House across the street from the high school!\u00a0 Doors open and refreshments begin at 7:00, and a message will begin at 7:10. We will dismiss by 7:35. All are welcome!!!\u00a0 If you have any questions, contact Coach McKeethan (football\/baseball coach).<\/p>\n

Save the date –\u00a0Saturday, May 3 8:00 am \u2013 11am in the Wildcat Arena $10 Sports Physicals provided by Knoxville Orthopedic Clinic.\u00a0 All Student Athletes must have a sport physical dated after April 15, 2025, to be able to participate in any \u201925 \u2013 \u201926 ORS Athletic Program.<\/p>\n
