Spots go fast to the first 20 people for each grade, so make sure you grab your paper from Mrs.Wagner\u2019s door and turn it back in by April 12th. \u00a0A. Wagner<\/p>\n You’re in luck! The Class of \u201824 is hosting a talent show on April 4 at 6 pm. Students from all grade levels are encouraged to perform! If you want to showcase your talent, sign up using the QR code from the flyer throughout the school or email bgsparks@ortn.edu. Winners will be rewarded with a prize! \u00a0B. Sparks<\/p>\n Whether you love displaying your art, making art, or exploring other artists\u2019 works, Art in the Park is the event for you! This event is sponsored by the Youth Advisory Board and will take place on March 30th at the Oak Ridge Civic center from 10am-2pm. There will be student and professional art displays, demonstrations, food, live music, and various activities for all ages. There will also be an art competition in which students can take part and win prizes! Ledden<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n COUNSELING INFO<\/u><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n The Anderson County Democratic Women\u2019s Club is sponsoring a scholarship for female seniors that are going on to a 2- or 4-year school after graduation.\u00a0 A one-page essay on \u201cWhy I am a Democrat\u201d and the completed Local Scholarship Application must be turned in to Ms. O\u2019Rourke in the Counseling Office no later than noon on April 5th.\u00a0 This $1000 scholarship is open to the three high schools in Anderson County, so it\u2019s a great opportunity from our local community.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If you have any questions, see Ms. O\u2019Rourke in the Counseling Office.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The 2023 Anderson County Farm Bureau Scholarship application can be picked up in the Counseling Office, or Ms. O\u2019Rourke can email you a fillable PDF application.\u00a0 The deadline for this application is April 5th. \u00a0A.
