Hale<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Cultured Pearls of the Secret City Foundation (CPSC) announces the biennial Debutante Ball and Presentation for school year 2023 \u2013 2024.\u00a0 CPSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2018 with the mission of promoting education.
