\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n STUDENT INFO <\/u><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n <\/p>\n OR is back!\u00a0 Teachers are already entering your missing assignments into the OR database.\u00a0 As soon as an assignment is entered you will be notified by email and your parents will be notified by text message.\u00a0 You will be expected to be at the next available OR session for your grade.\u00a0 OR will meet in the Amphitheatre for the full lunch period.\u00a0 The first day of OR will be Monday and it will be a Junior\/Senior day.\u00a0 Tuesday will be a Freshman\/Sophomore day.\u00a0 The days will alternate throughout the remainder of the school year.\u00a0 Remember, if you complete your assignments on time this will NEVER apply to you! Kolodney<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Do you need a locker?\u00a0 An email was sent to all students August 2nd with a link to sign up for a locker.\u00a0 In order to sign up, you will need to know the locker number and the hallway to complete the form. (F) \u2013 Admin<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Outside food – Students are not allowed to have outside food delivered or bring outside food back into the building upon returning from open campus.\u00a0 However, drinks are permitted.\u00a0 (F) – Admin<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Calling all sports fans.\u00a0 WILDCAT PRIDE, the official unofficially best student section in Tennessee high school sports, met this morning @ 7:13 a.m<\/strong>. to discuss plans for the upcoming fall sports season. If you missed it and you might have missed the donuts<\/em>, be sure to listen for the announcement for the next meeting. \u2013 (F) \u2013 P. Jarnigan<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Anyone interested in joining the high school swim team needs to attend one of the two following meetings in Coach Hodge\u2019s room LC 114 Friday, Aug. 5th during 3B lunch (yes, you may eat in my room) (Th-F) \u2013 C. Hodge<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Students who drive to school will need to have a 2022-23 car tag.\u00a0 Last year\u2019s tags will not work.\u00a0 Please come by Student Services and pick up the application to get your free parking tag by Wednesday August 10. <\/strong>(M,W,F) \u2013 V.Viruet<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Did you park near the BIG WildBand trailer?\u00a0 Students parking in the parking lot on the front side of the building need to be aware that the Band Practice Area closest to the OR Turnpike is used every afternoon.\u00a0 If you\u2019ve parked in that area today, please move your vehicle during lunch hours.\u00a0 (Tu,Th) \u2013 M. Hughey<\/p>\n <\/p>\n There will be a meeting for INDOOR TRACK Athletes in Coach Sauer\u2019s Room at 2pm on Wednesday August 10th. You know who you are. (Th,F, Tu, W) \u2013 T. Sauer<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Masquers\u2019 Improv will meet at 3:15 on Monday, August 8th in the upper lobby of the Performing Arts Center Auditorium. If you are interested in exploring or growing your acting skills join the Masquers\u2019 Improv Coach as he works with students on Improv skills. The Atomic Acts Improv Team will perform on Oct 1st at the Secret City Improv Festival and on December 9th for Cheap Date Night here at ORHS. <\/strong>(F) \u2013 T. Lloyd<\/p>\n <\/p>\n CLUB INFO<\/u><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Philosophy Club will not meet this week due to illness. We will have our first meeting next Friday. (F) \u2013 A. Pickering<\/p>\n GSTA will hold it\u2019s first meeting in the library on Monday, 8\/8, after school till 4 pm. Please come to see\u00a0 old friends, make some new ones, and help decide what day will be best for meeting. Bring a friend! (Th, Th, M) \u2013 C. Milloway<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Attention Health Science students (past students, current students, or spring semester students): Registration for HOSA\u2019s 2022-23 school year is open. Please bring $50 (cash or check) to Mrs. Minarik or Mrs. Pointer by August 31. Do not delay! You don\u2019t want to miss joining this club exclusive to health science students!
