Congratulations to the following newly elected officers of the ORHS National Honor Society:\u00a0 President, Ezgi Ozcan; Vice President, Alex Dahl; Secretary, Sophie Chou; Treasurer, Bobby Slattery.<\/p>\n

Students AND staff:\u00a0 Stop by the hallway in front of the counseling center Wednesday between your first final and pick up a snack! The counseling office wants to keep you fueled!\u00a0 (5\/25-5\/27) \u2013 A. King<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Attention Students who park in the church parking lots on Providence Road during school. Please make sure that you do not leave trash or other items in the parking lots of the churches across Providence Road. If we continue to get complaints, students will not be allowed to park in the lots.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

All ORHS library books are now due back to the library. Please return them as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

The City of Oak Ridge Youth Advisory Board is accepting applications for the 2021-2022 term of office.\u00a0\u00a0The Board is comprised of sixteen (16) students, all of whom are required to be residents of the City of Oak Ridge. \u00a0All members are appointed and confirmed by City Council to serve a one-year term of office commencing on August 1st.\u00a0 Apply using the link below by the June 4, 2021 deadline. Students, if you have medication in the clinic, please ask your parents to pick it up before Thursday, May 27th. Medications are not allowed to be kept over the summer. Also note that any medications left will be disposed of.<\/p>\n

We have begun processing refunds for AP exams.\u00a0 The first round of refunds will be mailed out by Tuesday, 5\/25.\u00a0 We will be continually processing the rest of the refunds over the next 2-3 weeks.\u00a0 Once the makeup exams are competed we will be able to finalize all refunds.\u00a0 If you have not received your refund by the middle of June, please let Mr. Foust know and he will be able to get you more specific information regarding your refund. Linden Elementary Schoo<\/strong>l is celebrating the achievements of former Linden Lions Seniors.\u00a0 The celebration will be held on Tuesday, May 25th<\/sup>, 2021 at 4:00 at the back of the school on the blacktop.\u00a0 MASKS MUST BE WORN.\u00a0 Please tell all of your friends.\u00a0 Parents of these students are welcome to attend and the organizers would love some help on that day.\u00a0 This is for ORHS seniors only that attended Linden Elementary School at some point in their school career.\u00a0 Please direct any questions to Traci Magee at tmagee@ortn.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please park at the church next to Willow Brook to avoid dismissal traffic.<\/p>\n

Please bring\/ wear cap and gown.<\/p>\n

After students are dismissed, seniors will be able to enter the building to visit with their teachers.\u00a0 Masked are required inside the building.<\/p>\n
