REMINDER:\u00a0 The Anderson County Democratic Women\u2019s Club is a $1000 scholarship this year. The scholarship is awarded yearly to a female student who plans to attend a local college or other institution. \u00a0If you would like to be considered for this scholarship, you will need to fill out the Local Scholarship Application (which can be picked up in the Counseling Office) and attach a 250 word essay on their connection, involvement, or feelings about the Democratic Party. The application and essay must be turned into the Counseling Office by February 26th. <\/sup>\u00a0(2\/23-2\/26) \u2013 A. Campbell<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Are you a future teacher? The Oak Ridge chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa International Honorary Organization for Women Educators is accepting applications for a $600 scholarship to be awarded to an Oak Ridge High School senior planning to major in education. Alpha Gamma chapter members will consider students who have completed the ORHS Scholarship Form. If you have not yet completed this form, please see Ms. Campbell in the ORHS Counseling Center.
