STUDENT INFO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n All students are required to wear their ORHS badge visibly on their person.\u00a0 Badges were stored in your laptop front pocket over the summer.\u00a0 Juniors who have not received a new badge should check with Mrs. Rhinehart in Student Services.\u00a0 Freshman who did not attend Freshman Orientation should also report to Student Services. (M-F) – Admin<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Do you drive to school?\u00a0 If so, you are reminded that all cars must have a parking tag displayed. Tags can be purchased in Student Services.\u00a0 Also, there is NO PARKING in the band practice area of the parking lot located on the Oak Ridge Turnpike.\u00a0 This area is clearly marked with yellow line closest to the Turnpike. (M-F) \u2013 Admin<\/p>\n <\/p>\n SAY CHEESE – \u00a0Students will have their pictures TODAY,<\/strong> during their English classes.\u00a0 Photo packages will be available for purchase.\u00a0 These pictures will be included in the 75th<\/sup> edition of the Oak Log, ORHS yearbook.\u00a0 Pictures will also be used for badge pictures as needed. (M-W) \u2013<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Masquers is back for another exciting season.\u00a0 It will be a \u201cLITTLE\u201d year.\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 Our fall play will be the classic, \u201cLITTLE Women\u201d and our spring musical, is the Disney classic, \u201c The LITTLE Mermaid.\u201d\u00a0 Want to learn more about how you can get involved in Masquers?\u00a0 Come to our introductory meeting next Monday, August 5th from 3:15-4:30 in the auditorium. Moreno<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The PTSO will be sponsoring an Open House next Thursday, August 8th<\/sup> beginning at 5:30 pm.\u00a0 Doors will open at 5:00 pm to allow you and\/or your parents to visit the displays of all<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n LAPTOP DISTRIBUTION INFO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Freshman will begin receiving their laptops during Guided Studies this week per a schedule sent to teachers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Upper Classmen who did not pick up their device last week may come during lunch or after school TODAY.\u00a0 Some upper classmen Guided Study classes are scheduled for Thursday and Friday; however, we encourage 10 – 12th graders to pick it up during the specified lunch and after school times.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n CLUB INFO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Students of all identities and orientations are welcome to come to the Gay Straight Trans\u00a0Alliance Club meeting\u00a0\u00a0 Thursday, August 8, until 4pm in Ms. Adler’s room LC106.
