Notes must be submitted within three (3) days or the day being unexecused.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes can be submitted by several methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Send a note via ParentSquare<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Handwritten note submitted to Attendance<\/li>\n<li>Handwritten note placed in the mailbox in the Visual Arts hallway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parents can write 7 parent notes per year.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The State of Tennessee considers a student Chronically Absent when they reach 18 absences whether excused or unexcused.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"theme-p-title theme-color3\" data-target=\"title\" data-clicktarget=\"#\">DOES YOUR TEEN NEED AN SF-1010 FORM FOR THEIR DRIVER&#8217;S PERMIT?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"theme-p theme-color-4\" data-target=\"content\">In order for a student to take their permit test, a form is required from the school. Mrs. Thacker, our attendance secretary, prepares these forms. When school is in session, a completed form may be picked up in the Attendance Office.
