Thanks and congrats to everyone who entered the very short scary story library competition. If you submitted an entry, come by the library to pick up your Chick Fil A gift card!
Attention AP Students: The Fall AP payment window closes today at 11:59pm for all students currently enrolled in a fall or yearlong AP course. If you begin your AP course in January, you will pay in the spring. This year all AP exams are $102. The link to register and pay is available to all AP students via Parent/Student Square.
Any current ORHS Sophomore or Junior interested in attending Governor’s School during the Summer 2026, please see the Parent Square announcement or your Grade Level Canvas Page for a list of Governor’s 黄瓜视频 offered by the state and information on how to apply. To be considered for Governor’s School, you must adhere to the deadlines set by ORHS when applying.
The Booster Club is looking for students to work concessions at the football game on Friday, November 7th. If you are looking for a fun way to earn volunteer hours, contact Sue Woody at boosterclubvp@oakridgefootball.net to sign up!

Rocket Club Announcement: The thrill of anticipation… the rush of the launch… the excitement of the successful landing… All these things can be found as part of the Oak Ridge Rocket Club! We use STEM and Physics skills to design, build, and launch rockets. All are welcome. A brief interest meeting will be next Thursday (Nov 6) after school in LC210, Mrs. Fairfax’s room
The Interact club will meet right after school on Monday, November 3 until 4pm in the amphitheater.
SENIORS
Seniors: the deadline to order your senior signature shirt or sweats is TODAY! Turn in the order form with cash or check made payable to ORHS directly to Mrs. Ledden in CS347.
Seniors-don’t forget to vote for senior superlatives on the google form that will be posted both on parent square and on canvas. Please fill this out by Friday, November 7.
ATHLETICS.
